Yes. Each package inherits the one before it. Start with presence, add discovery, then intelligence, then ecommerce — without throwing the first build away.

Can you add ecommerce later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Advanced Pro is the selling layer. We plan the architecture so cart, checkout and payments can be added when you are ready to take orders.

Who provides the website content?

You know the business; we shape how it reads. You share products, photos, hours and the story. We structure the pages. If you need writing or photography help, that is an add-on — not assumed.

Who uploads my products?

You can send a list and we can upload them as an add-on, or Intermediate and above include an admin panel so your team can do it.

Can I update products myself?

From Intermediate upwards, yes. If you would rather not, care plans and product-upload add-ons cover that.

Do you provide hosting?

Hosting is arranged with you and quoted before you commit, and it is billed separately unless it is included in your scope. Care plans then keep the site updated, monitored and backed up.

Do you provide maintenance?

Yes. Care & Management plans are optional add-ons for any Lumis site, billed monthly, quarterly or yearly, from ₹1,249/mo on yearly billing. They cover monitoring, updates, backups and a set number of edits each month. Your site works without one.

How long does a project take?

Most websites and catalogues take 2–4 weeks once content is ready. Ecommerce and custom systems take longer, depending on catalogue size, payments and workflow. You get a timeline in discovery — not a guess on the homepage.

What happens after launch?

Accepted Answer

You get a live site, a handover and launch support to sort out anything that isn't working as agreed (Go Enterprise includes 60 days of priority support). After that you have a clear choice: run it yourself, or add an optional Care plan for monitoring, updates and changes.

Are domain and hosting included?

No. Domain is billed by the registrar and hosting by the provider, unless included in your scope. We will tell you those numbers before you commit.

Are payment gateway and shipping fees included?

No. Razorpay (or your provider) charges per transaction. Couriers charge for delivery. We connect the tools; we don't absorb those fees.

What's the difference between Advanced Pro and Go Enterprise?

Advanced Pro is a complete online store for a local or retail business, at a fixed starting price. Go Enterprise is for startups and growing companies that need a custom product or platform: discovery, an MVP or custom web app, user roles, integrations, AI and automation, and a scalable setup. It starts from ₹99,999, is quoted after a discovery call, and is paid in milestones.

Can I switch Care plans or billing cycles?

Yes. You can move to another Care plan or billing cycle, and the change applies from your next billing cycle. Quarterly and yearly plans are paid upfront, and you can cancel anytime before the next cycle starts.

Is Go Enterprise right for an idea-stage startup?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. It starts with a discovery workshop, scoping, a roadmap and a clickable prototype, so you validate the idea before committing to a full build. If you only need a page to test interest or collect a waitlist, a Landing Page starts at ₹9,999 and you can step up later.
